REYCO handles runs from 50 units up to several thousand, with planning around branding consistency, packaging quality, and shipping timeline from the very first conversation. For larger volumes we typically share a phased production schedule so deliveries can land in waves rather than all at once, which is useful for staggered hire dates or rolling event calendars.
Yes. Branding is applied across products and presentation layers — primary item, secondary items, outer packaging, inserts, ribbons, tags, and any printed materials inside. We confirm physical samples with photographed proofs before production begins, so the version that ships matches the version you signed off. Print methods (debossing, screen print, full-colour digital, foil, embroidery) are matched to the product material rather than picked at random.
Yes. If the item list is not fixed, we recommend the set based on recipient, occasion, budget, and the impression you want to create. Most clients arrive with one of three: a clear product list, a budget per recipient, or a use-case. From any of those starting points we work backwards into a curated set, propose two or three options, and revise from there. The first round is always free.
Most bulk orders take 4 to 8 weeks from final approval to delivery. Smaller runs and stocked items can move faster — sometimes 2 to 3 weeks — while bespoke packaging, custom moulds, or heavier customization push the timeline closer to 10 weeks. Rush production is possible on shorter notice but typically affects per-unit cost; we'll always flag this clearly upfront rather than after the fact.
Yes — we ship across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America, either as a single bulk consignment to your office or as individual drops to recipient addresses (useful for remote teams). Customs paperwork, harmonised codes, and duty handling are managed on our end. For larger orders we can split shipments across regional warehouses to reduce per-unit shipping cost.
